One account, three parts of your life
You
Beta — available nowYour photographs, your files and your notes in one place — and a notebook you can hand to a reader on a link.
Your community
In developmentGroups, a shared feed and events for the people around you. This part is being built and we say where it is up to.
Your business
Beta — available nowMenu, orders, kitchen, stock and books for a small shop — and your own website. Customers cannot pay you through the site yet; that one is not finished.
Website Studio
Build the site yourself, publish it today
ReadyPick a template, change the words and the pictures, and publish to your own address. A short link and a QR code come with it, so a printed menu or a card can point at the page.

Notebook
Notes, lists and what you meant to do
Beta — available nowWrite it down where the rest of your things already are, and attach the file you were looking at.

Family Album
Photographs the family can actually open
ReadyFor an album you leave open, one link is enough — paste it in the family LINE group, and anyone who gets that link can open it. For an album kept to the family, each person is invited by their own email address and receives their own private link: no app, no account.

Library
Upload once, use it everywhere
Beta — available nowOne file store for the whole account: a picture goes on the website, onto a customer's record and into a note without being uploaded three times. Sharing a file with somebody else is not finished yet.

Image Studio
One job, one set of pictures — numbered, in your own brand
Beta — available nowIn your business workspace you tell the assistant which picture you need; it makes one from your references, edits it again, and applies your brand kit's colours and fonts — telling you the cost before it starts. Every design in a job sits on one numbered board, and each can be saved to your device.

Aria
Aria is inside every part of it
Ask her in the room you are already in — what a plate costs, what is running low, who worked which hours. She proposes and you confirm; she does not change your records on her own.

How it fits together
One account, one bill, one set of your things
- One account is yours, not the shop's
- You sign up as yourself. A business is something you add, and a second one needs no second login.
- The parts you turn on are the parts you see
- Add a business and its screens appear beside your own. Nothing you are not using is in the way.
- Upload a picture once, and it is everywhere it belongs
- One file goes onto the website, onto a customer's record and into a note — uploaded once.
- What we set up for you is a sample, not a commitment
- When you add a business you tell us what kind it is, and we prepare what we can for it. Everything prepared is yours to edit — and what you edit yourself is never deleted.

The foundation under all of it
Underneath the apps: the parts a business grows into
A workspace you compose
Panels you arrange yourself — the same on desktop and mobile, and yours to keep.
Roles & permissions
Everyone on your team sees only what they should — the owner is not the only account that can act.
Settings, not code
How your business runs is a setting you change — no waiting for a release.
History & audit
Version history on your content, and who-created / who-last-changed columns on nearly every table.
Messaging built in
Team conversations in the same place as your work (@mentions not built yet — see the changelog).
Encryption & 2FA
Passwords hashed with Argon2id, encryption keys rotated daily, two-factor sign-in.
For your kind of business
Small businesses in Thailand, and the people who run them
Run your whole restaurant from your phone
More kinds of business are coming. When one is ready it appears here with its own page and its own price.

Where each part is up to
What works today, and what does not yet
Working today
- Build the site yourself, publish it today
- Photographs the family can actually open
- Menu, orders, kitchen, stock and books for a small shop
- Short links and QR codes for anything you publish
- Notes, lists and what you meant to do
- Sharing files from the file library with others — photo albums already send a link
- Shop artwork — menu sheets, signs, posters — made in the app; your own brand across the whole set is not wired up yet
Not finished yet
- Groups, a shared feed and events
Questions people ask before they start
Straight answers
- Is it really free? Does it expire?
- Yes. The free plan has no time limit and no card is required. Paid plans are listed with their real prices on the pricing page.
- Where is my data kept?
- Your account and your business records are on AWS in Thailand. Your Aria conversations and video transcoding are processed in Singapore, and AI model work runs in Singapore, the United States or Google's global network — we say so rather than claim everything stays in one country.
- If I stop using it, can I take my data out?
- You can export everything from your account settings, and you can delete the account with a 30-day grace period before anything is removed for good.
- What does beta mean here — will it break?
- It means each part carries the word it has earned, and the ones that are not finished are listed further up this page rather than hidden. Live checks are on the status page.
- Is there a real person to talk to, and when?
- Yes — Mon–Sat 09:00–17:00 (Thailand time). Outside those hours we answer on the next working day, and the status page carries anything broken.
- Can it take orders from an outside ordering app?
- No — it cannot take delivery orders from an outside app. Orders arrive from your own workspace and from your own website; those are the only two the system accepts today. If that changes it will appear on the changelog with a date.
- Which languages does it work in?
- This site and the business screens are Thai and English. Some personal panels are still English only — the ones that are, say so where you meet them.
- I have two businesses — do I pay twice?
- A plan belongs to one business, so two businesses are two plans. One personal account can hold both, and the free plan is always there for the second one.
- I have a Facebook Page — why do I need a site?
- A Page and a LINE account are rented ground; the rules can change any time. A site here is an address of your own, with a menu, an order button, a short link and a QR code for the shop front. Keep the Page too.
Open an account and have a look
Nothing to install and no card. If it does not suit you, everything you put in can be exported and the account deleted.
FlareApps is in beta. What we price is what we charge, and every capability we name is something the product enforces today.
