Changelog

Every line on this page is something the product enforces today. Where something is not built, it is in the Not yet section at the bottom rather than absent.

Prices live on the pricing page and are the prices we charge. This page lists capabilities and never prices, so the two cannot drift apart.

Running a restaurant

  • Your menu, and a QR code on every table. Photos, prices and options you edit yourself; the customer scans and orders from her own phone, with nothing to install.
  • Orders in one screen — from the table QR and from the counter, on the shop’s own tablet. Staff sign in to the station, not with a personal account.
  • A kitchen display that shows what to cook and what is waiting.
  • Taking payment at the counter, and closing the day.
  • A price per head, unlimited — a sitting priced by the head, with the per-head price and the total for the headcount shown before a guest books. The bill in the shop is not totalled from the headcount, one booking is priced at one rate, and the price reaches a guest only on a booking page — a QR menu site does not carry one.

Selling, and the books behind it

  • Every counter sale becomes a sale and a line in the books, automatically — with Thai VAT applied, and withholding-tax rates read from a rates table.
  • Dishes that carry a recipe deplete stock as they are fulfilled, and you choose at which point in the kitchen’s flow that happens. Until a dish has a recipe, nothing moves.
  • Customers — a customer record, segments, a pipeline, activities and tasks.
  • Money in and money out — chart of accounts, AR invoices, AP bills, journal entries, ageing, and suppliers with purchase orders and goods-received notes.
  • Stock across locations.
  • Staff — people, roles, availability and shifts, including staff who have no login at all.
  • Belongings — a register of the physical things the business owns.

Your own website

  • A page builder with real blocks, revisions and undo.
  • Publish to your-name.flareapps.site — a real address, live, on your own content.
  • Add a language to a published site.
  • Collections — your own data tables, bound into pages.

Reaching people

  • Consent-gated messaging: nothing is sent to an address that has no recorded consent, and the check is re-run at the moment of sending, not only when the message was written.
  • LINE, email and our own in-product channel, each behind the same rule.
  • Currently white-glove only — we turn it on per organisation, by hand, after a conversation. It is not self-serve, and that is deliberate.

Aria

  • An assistant inside each workspace that can read what you are looking at and act on it, with the same permissions you have. It proposes; you confirm.

Your account

  • Two-factor authentication (TOTP) with backup codes, session and trusted-device management, and a security event timeline.
  • Export your account data as a JSON file that declares its own scope; request deletion with a 30-day grace period.

Shop artwork (Image Studio)

  • A job pack for your shop's pictures — reference photos, the designs made from them and a number on each design, kept together in the business workspace.
  • Menu sheets and posters that read the system's own data — dish names and prices come straight from your catalog, a price change re-makes the sheet correctly, and the QR code on a printed sheet really scans. Text, prices and QR codes are placed by the system, never drawn by a model.
  • A set of designs from one starting design — every design in a set grows from the same base, and the system numbers them itself.
  • Not there yet — this version does not apply your shop's brand kit (colours, fonts, logo) to the printed pieces, so this module's own page is not open yet.

Not yet

  • Taking payment from your customers through the platform. You can be charged by us; your own shop cannot yet be paid through us. When it works, it will appear on the pricing page with its price, and here.
  • Orders that do not happen at the table or the counter. Orders can be recorded from the table QR and from the counter — there is no delivery channel yet, and no Grab or LINE MAN connection.
  • Multiple branches and franchises. One business account is one shop.
  • A whole-business export, and a one-click organisation-wide delete. Exports are subject by subject today — sales orders, and staff hours. There is no whole-business export and no organisation-wide delete. If you need a particular set, write to support@flareapps.io.
  • A full Thai tax invoice for our own fees. The receipt you get today comes from the payment provider. We do not yet issue a full tax invoice carrying your company name and tax ID, and we do not yet handle withholding-tax certificates. If you need one, write to support@flareapps.io.
  • A public API, webhooks and an SDK. Nothing is shipped and nothing is dated.
  • Languages beyond Thai and English. The interface is seeded in ten locales, but only Thai and English are complete — the other eight are about a third short, and the personal-side panels are English today.
  • Anything not on this page. If you cannot find it here or on the pricing page, assume it does not exist yet — and tell us you wanted it.
