- Two-factor authentication (TOTP) with backup codes, and a session and device registry you can review and revoke yourself · When you set a password we hash it with Argon2id, and the secrets we hold for you — two-factor codes, saved passwords, the sign-in tokens from Google and LINE, and integration keys — are encrypted before they are stored. For your password vault we also keep the key, so it opens on any device you sign in to.
- Your servers, databases and uploaded files are on AWS in Thailand — your Aria conversations and video transcoding are processed in Singapore · AI work is processed in Singapore, the United States or Google's global network · every other provider we use is listed in the privacy policy

- Writing to the people who follow you — not open for self-service. On a business site you can collect the addresses people give you, but you cannot send from here yet.
Questions people ask
- I already have a Facebook page, an IG and a LINE account — why do I need a site?
- A page is where you post; a site is an address you own. One link works for as long as you keep the address, you choose who sees which part, and the questions people send collect in one place instead of getting lost in chat.
- Can I take payment through the site?
- You cannot take real money from customers through the site yet — payments are still in test mode. For now a buyer still pays you outside the site, and there is no pay button on your page yet.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Not yet — but you name your own address on flareapps.site, and you can change it later.
- My course is video — can I put it straight on the site?
- Not yet in this version, and members-only video still plays only on the app address rather than on your own site address. Anything that changes appears on the changelog.
- How do I open part of a page only to the people I choose?
- You give access person by person. The closed part is removed while the server builds the page, so someone without access never receives it — it is not merely hidden.
- Where do questions from the page go?
- Into one inbox you can read, and to your notification address as well if you have set one.
- Can I email the people who follow me when a new course is out?
- Not by yourself in this version. On a business site you can collect the addresses people give you, with a record of when they agreed — but you cannot send from here yet.
- Is it really free to start, and when do I pay?
- You can start free; the free plan has its own ceiling and the plans page states it. The figure on this page is read from the same table that page reads.
