Is the free plan really free? Does it expire?

It is. The free plan has no price row at all, so there is no billing term to expire, and no card is asked for. Stay on it as long as you like.

Can I cancel? What happens to my data?

Yes, from your billing page, and you choose: end it when the period you have already paid for runs out, or stop straight away. Either way the account returns to the free plan and keeps its data. You can download everything, and a deletion request has a grace period before anything is actually removed.

Credit or debit card, on a secure payment page — that is everything we take today. We cannot take PromptPay or a bank transfer yet, and we will not say we can until the payment page actually does. If we add a way to pay, it will be on this page before it is on your invoice.

Is a plan per business or per person?

Per business. A plan bought for a business belongs to that business, and a plan bought for yourself is a separate one. Two businesses need two plans, and buying one for your business does not raise your own personal ceilings.

What happens when I reach a limit?

The next action is refused, with a message naming the ceiling you met — storage, AI questions for the day, or the number of websites. Nothing you have made is deleted, and nothing is billed automatically as an overage.

How much cheaper is paying yearly?

By roughly one month. The exact figure for each plan is on its own card, worked out from the two amounts that card shows — use the switch above to compare them.

Do the prices include VAT? Can I get a tax invoice?

The price on the card is what you pay — VAT is already included (the rate is stated under the plans). For a full tax invoice carrying your name and tax number, message us on LINE OA and we will issue it by hand. Withholding tax cannot go through the system yet, because a card payment leaves nothing to withhold.

If I stop paying, do I lose what I put in?

No. The account returns to the free plan and your work stays where it is. What changes is the ceilings: you keep what is there, and you are refused when you try to go past what the free plan allows.

Is the price on the card the whole price?

Yes. The payment page is built from the same price row this page reads and adds nothing to it — no set-up charge, no per-seat line, no other fee. If we ever add one, it will be on this page with its own figure.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Signing up creates a free account and asks for nothing to pay with. You upgrade later, from inside the product, when you decide to.
