An online notebook you can hand to a reader
Write it · open the link · close the link — in the same account as your files and your website.
- The free plan writes from day one, with no card
- 5 GB of file storage per account — shared with every other file in the same account, not set aside for the notebook alone
- You cannot bring existing notes in yet — there is no importer of any kind, so you will be starting fresh here
- Two people cannot type at the same time and see each other's cursor yet — and a public link you open is always read-only
- It is in beta. If you stop, you can still take your work out, and a deleted account has 30 days to be restored

From the real system · sample data
What can be checked, not what we say
The file you download from a note and the page its reader sees come from one and the same producer, so they cannot drift apart — and every time someone opens the link, the system records that it was opened and how much data went out

What it does from day one

Notes, journals, thoughts, sheets and to-dos in one list
You never have to decide where a thing goes. It all lives in one notebook, separated by what each thing is, and found from the same place
Start writing
Open a link for the reader you choose, and close it again whenever you want
The link is made from that note's own menu, with or without an end date, and closed again from the same place. Someone without the link cannot open it
Start writing
Always know which notes you have open right now
The register says which are still open, which have expired and which you closed — including a link whose note has been deleted, which is shown as what its holder actually meets rather than quietly dropped from the list
Start writing
Several kinds of thing, from one button
Note, diary, thought, bookmark, sheet and to-do all come from the one New menu — no switching to another app and hunting for it later
Start writing24 kinds of block in one editor
Headings, lists, checklists, quotes, code, tables, maths, images and a table of contents — type “/” and pick one. The number is counted from the editor's own roster, not typed into this page
Who ends up reading it
Students
Keep the lectures in one book, then send a friend a link to just the part you agreed to share
Business owners
Write down recipes, steps and what you agreed with a supplier, then send it to the team. If you run a restaurant there is a closer fit than this
Freelancers
Draft the proposal and keep the notes from each client call, then open a link to just the one they need
People writing only for themselves
Journals and thoughts you never have to open to anyone at all
In the same account as the rest of your work
A note is an object in the same file library as your images and documents, so it takes attachments, keeps its edit history, and is inside the whole-account bundle you can download — with no second system underneath it
Who sees what, and how you take it out
A note is yours alone until you make a link. Only someone holding that link can open it, and they need no account. Close the link and the page stops opening
Every time someone opens the link it is counted, once, with the amount of data sent. Downloading your own note is not counted
You can download a note as your own file at any time, and ask for the whole-account bundle from your rights page. If you delete the account there are 30 days to restore it

What it still cannot do
- There is no importer from anywhere else at all — not .md files, not Notion, not Evernote, not Apple Notes. It is not designed and it is not scheduled
- Two people cannot write in one note. A link you open to someone is read-only
- A public link is always read-only. If you want someone to edit, you share it to their FlareApps account instead
- Aria can read a note to you, but she cannot create or close a link for you
- This notebook is translated into Thai. Other modules in the personal space are still largely in English, and we are not claiming the whole platform is translated
Price
The notebook works on the free plan. What has a ceiling is the account's file storage, which notes share with everything else
If you run out of room, or want something else the platform does, you can move up later
See the real price of every planQuestions people actually ask
- I already have LINE Keep and Google Keep. Why another notebook?
- Because neither of them can turn what you wrote into a page for someone else and then close it again. This one does both from the note's own menu, and the note sits in the same account as your files and your website
- Can I bring my existing notes in?
- Not yet. There is no importer of any kind and none is designed. If you have a lot of history elsewhere, start with what you are writing now
- Can someone else help me edit the same note?
- Share it to someone who has a FlareApps account and give them edit permission. A public link is always read-only. What you cannot do yet is type at the same time and see each other's cursor
- Does the person with the link have to sign up?
- No. They just open it. Someone without the link cannot
- Can I close a link and open it again?
- You close it from the note's own menu and can make a new one. The closed link does not work again
- If I stop, can I take my work out?
- Yes. Download a note as your own file at any time, and ask for the whole-account bundle from your rights page
- Is the interface in Thai yet?
- This notebook is — both the editor and its menus. Other modules in the personal space are still largely in English, which is why we do not claim the whole platform is translated
- What can Aria do in the notebook?
- She sees your recent note titles and opens a named one to read it and answer from it. She cannot create or close a link for you
- What happens if I delete a note but its link is still out there?
- The register shows that link as no longer finding its note — the same thing its holder meets — instead of quietly dropping the row
- Can I use it for a business?
- You can. If you run a restaurant there is a set of tools that fits that work more closely — the link below
